Woefully Apologetic

I've been MIA! I know!

In the past few weeks life has been kinda crazy. Mostly, I've been working. We're shooting 4 episodes in a row with two weekend shoots. Basically, I have no free time and what free time I do have is spent doing errands; i.e. laundry, sundry shopping, my side job. But a lot has happened in the time since I last wrote. The United States changed the course of human history and elected the first black man to the Presidency. Gay marriage was voted down in California by a narrow margin in the passing of Prop 8, defining marriage between a man and a woman. I was severely misunderstood via email. Despite the seemingly non-stop busy-ness of my life, overall, life is good.

I recently got to see Ingrid Michaelson at the El Rey. David Ford opened for her, but I couldn't get out of work in time to see him. That was disappointing, as anyone who's ever seen him perform live would know. Ingrid was touring in support of her cancer benefiting album "Be Ok".

In the other weeks, I have no idea what I've been up to. Other than work, softball on the weekends and sleep I have no memory of the last few weeks. My brain is frying. I'm sorry I'm boring lately.
